Since I was very young, I had the wish to help and serve others. Simple. And also not so simple. Because life is hard and sometimes I could barely help myself! Still, with curiosity, determination and devotion I have accumulated thirty-five years of studying and practicing holistic healing arts, traveling to wonderful and sacred lands along the way. I have worked with many people who reflect back the value of what I teach -- yoga, meditation, the Alexander Technique -- guided by my my life experience and my north star, the teachings of the Buddha.

Alexander technique

Just come and try it. It's too bloody hard to explain and doesn't make a whole lot of sense on paper until you've had an embodied experience.
